BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! As a first time buyer, getting the best deal on the market is extremely difficult. Your comfort is the last thing on the car salesman. Before visiting jose at sands, my wife and i had visited several other car delaerships. Each visit worst than than the one prior. The wife and i had a type of vehicle in mind the met our needs with baby #2 almost here. Nobody would consider our needs because my credit wasnt perfect, and would insist on putting my family on a "cheaper" vehicle that didnt fit our needs and was the opposite of what we wanted/needed. At sands chevrolet jose and his team did everything in their power to not only meet our needs but exceed them. We drove home on the car of our dreams with a monthly payment $100 cheaper than what we planned on paying. Jose and his team made us feel welcome and saw us as family rathet than a dollar sign. Courteous and Professional Service My very positive experience with my new car purchase started in the parking lot with a very warm welcome handshake from Antonio Bobo. We soon also met with sales associate Matthew Lopez who took the lead to navigate my husband and I through the entire process until I had the car keys in my hand the next day. I was initially disappointed that my color choice for the white 2015 Chevy Traverse that I had seen advertised was not available, but a very acceptable option was located. Antonio and Matthew gave me a "tour" of the car functions inside and out and very patiently answered all of my many, many questions. It had been 17 years since my last new car purchase and a lot of technology has been made available since then. I was also insistent that I test drive the car I intended to buy which sealed the deal. I am very happy with the car so far and the follow up service I received today when my new car mats were installed and additional key fob programmed. The only constructive advise I would offer is that customers should be informed of the overall process of completing the necessary paperwork for licensing, purchase price settlement, credit checks, etc. which took several additional hours. As a retiree, that wasn't an issue for me, but I would have appreciated a checklist of the process steps that would need to be completed. I'm really big on checklists for getting things done and follow through! My hubby will confirm that. More
