This is my second Camaro that I have bought from Sands Chevr I just bought my 2015 Chevy Camaro from Sands Chevrolet and it was a great experience. I could not believe how great it went with Kyle in Used Cars. I I just bought my 2015 Chevy Camaro from Sands Chevrolet and it was a great experience. I could not believe how great it went with Kyle in Used Cars. I got a great deal on my new car while trading in my 2011 Chevy Camaro which I also had bought from Sands. I knew they were great because I have been getting my car serviced there for the last 4 years. but the deal that I got with my new car was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially Kyle in Used Cars. He is a great salesman! More

Possibility Of Trade in. First and Foremost Id like to say as a inexperienced buyer, walking into a big dealership such as Sands Chevrolet is intimidating. I initially purchas First and Foremost Id like to say as a inexperienced buyer, walking into a big dealership such as Sands Chevrolet is intimidating. I initially purchased a vehicle back in January of 2014, and Joe had called in the early months of 2015 asking if I would be interested in "upgrading" for lack of a better term ( not his exact words.) I then asked if he would call me back later on in the year when I had accomplished a few of my financial goals. Joe mentioned that it would be fine and did just that! I did receive calls from an abundance of pesky salesman but none of them were Joe. He then reached out to me in September ( a time which we had both established would be ideal) Being as Joe was a man of his word, and I didn't stand to lose anything but a few hours of my time which would of been wasted on Netflix anyway; I decided to make an appointment. I have been employed in sales positions before, and I was very aware of the powers of persuasion and particular methods used in the endeavor to finalize a sale. Joe works in a manner that returns to the fundamentals of a great salesman and not the contemporary "I need the commission" salesman. Just by interacting with him and engaging in an intellectual conversation I knew he believed in utilizing honesty and integrity to the best he can for a client/customer. All while knowing he could potentially lose a buyer as opposed to pressing them with something they simply could not handle. Inadvertently I know it will work well for him...because now I know I can refer the people I love and know to an honest salesman and everyone can benefit from a future potential sale! Needless to say, I did not walk out with a new vehicle because it wasn't the right moment for me...but ill be damned if Joe didn't provide one heck of a service and I am sure I will be contacting him in the near future! Good job Sands! You got a good one! More

Overall great Experience! Joe was very courteous and respectful. We told him what we wanted and needed in our vehicle. Being we have a big family and travel a lot. Best Experience Ever I walked into the Sands Chevrolet Glendale,used car department and I have never felt more welcomed by anyone.
