Fast deal then changed. I was happy to go in and come to terms quickly and get out with my new truck. I was up front and let the dealer know what I was looking for. 2 weeks l I was happy to go in and come to terms quickly and get out with my new truck. I was up front and let the dealer know what I was looking for. 2 weeks later they called me back to change the deal back to their original proposal. Trying to get an additional $3000 out of me. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Will not do business with again. More

Jon and Eric in Financing made the process very easy, informative, and allowed your to make educated decisions. They were not pushy or sleazy like the I have had he experience from prior car shopping sprees. I am super excited about the equinox (2015) and hoping that Arizona Drivers will allow me to pass it down to my son when he is of legal driving age. Sands Chevy has always been wonderful to my family as my father is a repeat shopper and that is what persuaded us to go there. Plus the blow up animals they have outside of their facility. Those blow up animals make my daily drive to work/school for my son the best. we name and can't wait for them to change from one season/holiday to the next. So in all honesty those blow ups is what also allowed my son to have an enjoyable experience. More
