Shady I am highly dissatisfied with Sands Chevrolet, I received numerous calls about upgrading my Titan to get into another vehicle from the dealership, fin I am highly dissatisfied with Sands Chevrolet, I received numerous calls about upgrading my Titan to get into another vehicle from the dealership, finally I found a vehicle I liked so I went into the dealership to see what I could work out. I have purchased two vehicles from them already. I went to trade in my truck that I purchased from them two years ago, they ended up telling me I am upside down in my loan. I was in complete shock since I checked the values of my vehicle before making the decision to go back and look at another vehicle. They asked me when my vehicle was involved in an accident, I said it has never been in an accident and I purchased it from them and I was shown a clean report. So what had happened was, my vehicle was in a rear end collision. Because Sands Chevrolet owns their own body shop, they repaired the vehicle and placed it on the lot quickly, so when I purchased it from them, there wasn't enough time for the Experian or Carfax report to register it had an accident. The manager advised me that he understands there may have been shady deals before but there is nothing he can do. The unsatisfactory service and lack of empathy I received when I was in there on Wednesday makes me never want to return. The Sales manager didn't seem to care this would be my third vehicle. They just wanted to tie my "negative equity" into another loan. I strongly suggest to stay away from this dealership. More

I was impressed by the service received at Sand's Chevrolet. On Monday October 12th I went to Sand's Chevrolet in Glendale. I had previously spoken to Dustin K in the Used Car sales area and met him when I arriv On Monday October 12th I went to Sand's Chevrolet in Glendale. I had previously spoken to Dustin K in the Used Car sales area and met him when I arrived. I told him that I had purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze at Sands in January of this year and wanted to look at the new 2016 Cruze I was shown a couple of them. I decided on one. My process for application of financing for it went very smoothly. I was very impressed by the great attitude and help that Dustin gave me. I was so very happy with the deal that I received. I give a big 10 to Dustin for all the help that he gave me and also how courteous he was and the great attitude that he had. It is because of this that I am a returning customer to Sand's Chevrolet. I will not go anywhere else. I would also like to give a big 10 to Eddie Robles in the Finance Department for making me feel very comfortable with my transaction and I felt very good with the decision that I made. I will be returning to Sands in the future. I would like to say that I am very happy with the Service Department as well. When I had taken my 2014 Cruze in for the PM service,I was treated very well. It was Adam who is my Service Advisor that has helped me. He too has made me feel very comfortable and at home there at Sand's. I am going to tell all of my friends about the great deals and the staff at Sand's Chevrolet. Thanks again. More
