They always help get what we want or need within our terms of what we can work with.This last Columbus day sale we were able to purchase the Chevrolet Colorado we had been hoping for. I was there for my free oil change on my 2015 Chevy Cruze I just bought this year also.I saw Mitch walking out and he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and answer my questions about inventory and sales, as well as rebates. He has been kind and helpful. A little bit disappointed with the finance dept losing our paperwork and not providing us with keyless remote entry though. I have bought 3 brand new vehicles and a brand new 2016 Chevy that costed almost $30,000 doesn't come with it? Doesn't sound right. Its been a week now and still waiting to hear whether or not they are going to provide them for us or not. Other than that, this has been our 5th vehicle purchase from Sands Chevrolet because they always make it happen and that's what's important! P.s. Where did all the experienced salesmen go? Besides Mitch it was all just a bunch of young kids standing around talking. Also, you need to fix your phone line to the new sales dept. It just rings and rings. I was told later it is a known issues and you have to hit 0 and speak to the operator/receptionist first. More
