I refused to sign which by law they have to give trade back, they ended up taking me outta the Malibu and putting me in a cruze and I love it. Brian P (sales manager) is an amazing understanding gentlemen. Sean Murphy is an awesome sales guy Steven Yglesias (sales manager) is VERY disrespectful, I walked out of the dealership crying because of him and he wouldn't even give me general managers name. Needless to say Brian P. Smoothed things over but it will be 100% better after I talk to general manager on Monday. More
