Brandon Bender was helping my friend and I casually asked him about a pick-up. He was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Brandon and Paul Harmsen make a great team. I told them that I wasn't able to make an offer then, but I would think about it and get back to them. They made me an offer that was quite reasonable and the next day I bought my 2015 Silverado. I was very pleased with my experience at Sands and do recommend that anybody who wants a Chevy should go see them. More

Rip - Off I had a 2014 Silverado that was 4k miles out of warranty and the oil cooler gave out. On top of the hassle of having this happen, the service departm I had a 2014 Silverado that was 4k miles out of warranty and the oil cooler gave out. On top of the hassle of having this happen, the service department blamed it on me. According to the Service manager I caused it when I over filled the truck with oil. This was after i explained to him that I added oil because the service message came on stating it was low on oil and I needed to add oil. I checked the dipstick and it did not register. I let it set for over an hour and still did not register, so I added oil. The two things they said which will stick with me are - 1.) The oil cooler burst because you added too much oil (really? more oil pressurized the cooler?) and 2.) "because this is a 2014 with low miles" - well everything after that statement was going to be a whopper. I worked with GM and they agreed that the dealership could have good willed the repair, but the rude service manager refused. instead he credited half - after charging more than twice as much as the GM service book called for. Over $3,000 to replace the oil cooler! Terrible!! More
Sands Cares About Their Customers My growing family sent me to Sands to trade in a truck I loved for a another vehicle (which I also love). The people at Sands were great. They didn't swipe the keys on my trade first thing (like most dealers do). I spent a good 3 hours reviewing options and waiting for finance feedback while I made the purchase. During that time I heard several of the Sands team talking to other customers and among themselves, and that is what sold me on the Sands crew. They were genuinely looking for ways to help their customers and try and get them in the best situation (and of course make the sales.). I'm happy with my vehicle and my deal, and am stoked to have done business with a crew that cares about their customers. Right on Sands Chevrolet, I'll be back for our next vehicle!
