Great Sales Rep!!! We went to Sands' Chevrolet on Christmas Eve 10 minutes before closing time and Sean was extremely helpful. He did not shy away from helping us. service I set up an appointment to take my Silverado in for 6000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. I gave instructions to use torque wrench on lug n I set up an appointment to take my Silverado in for 6000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. I gave instructions to use torque wrench on lug nuts they used torque stick which is not what I requested. They rotated tires but did not check tire pressure or tire balance. They did top off all fluids and with as little as they did it took 3 hours to complete which is not expectable More

Their first offer was the best of any dealer I went to but they wouldn't come down to where I wanted to be. It was a good deal just not a great one. Since I live about 50 miles away I'm debating whether to use their service department as there are about 5 other dealers much closer to me and getting there is a pain with traffic. Now if they had a dealership closer to me I would at least try the service department. More
