Trade IN I was trading in my vehicle for a newer vehicle and the deal was approved and every paper was signed, sealed and delivered then after a week the finan I was trading in my vehicle for a newer vehicle and the deal was approved and every paper was signed, sealed and delivered then after a week the finance manager called me to say the bank low balled my trade in value that there were 3 things I could do, let my car go back to the bank since I owed money on it, sell y car myself or take my car back and bring back the vehicle, I chose to bring back the car I was going to purchase and take back my car and back out of the whole deal. I was approved for a 13,000.00 loan with a bank. I was so upset about them not trying to get me into a cheaper car. But instead they decided to just not work with me at all and I still have my car. They suck!!!!! Never will I recommend Sands Chevrolet of Glendale to anyone or I will never go there to have my current vehicle serviced there again . Which I have had it serviced there a couple of times BLAH More

Went in for a new truck for my girlfriend Ran into some guys from the used car or truck side of the dealership. Asked if I was interested in a used car I said no and they didn't even bother to Ran into some guys from the used car or truck side of the dealership. Helped pick out the right color and the right trim of model for her no haggling on the price marked on the internet or anything. And was very willing to work with me on the monthly payments price.
