He let me know how long the service would take and stayed in touch with me until all service items were complete, and it was cleaned up and ready to leave. I recently switched Chevrolet dealerships from one located on I-17 and Bell to Sands and I must say, that while the purchase of my new Traverse from S I recently switched Chevrolet dealerships from one located on I-17 and Bell to Sands and I must say, that while the purchase of my new Traverse from Sands was not too much different then what I have experienced when buying new cars in the past, the Sands Service Department is extremely different. My prior experience when pulling into the service department garage, has been not only would I need to search for my Service Consultant, but once I was fortunate enough to find him, I would get the...."I'll be with you in a minute", which needless to say, really means.....I'll be with you when I can. At Sands, when you pull into their Service Department garage, you are greeted in no more than 60 seconds (usually immediately) by someone and in fact, most times by your Service Consultant. You would think that other dealerships would follow this procedure. After all, it is called a SERVICE Department. Thanks Sands Chevrolet for not lying to me whey you say.....I'll be with you in a minute. More

First time disappointment No service writers to greet me when I arrived! Waited almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me! Took over 2 hours for an oil change that I had No service writers to greet me when I arrived! Waited almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me! Car wash was not available due to maintenance so I had to take my truck in that condition! More

Overall average My experience was great at the beginning when I purchased my truck at Sands. Just one issue though, the pervious owner was a smoker and the vehicle ha My experience was great at the beginning when I purchased my truck at Sands. Just one issue though, the pervious owner was a smoker and the vehicle had cigarette burns on the upholstery. During my purchase they agree to repair these issues as part of a purchase agreement. They informed me that they would contact me within a week to get it repaired. Took them a whole month but eventually they repaired my upholstery like they agreed on. Don't get me wrong, they were extremely nice and wonderful when I was purchasing my vehicle but seemed like they forgot about me after the purchase was finalize. At the end they redeem themselves by apologizing for any inconvenience. More
