Just wanted to give a positive shout out for the excellent service I recently received from Sandia BMW. I was in Albuquerque last week for a wedding having driven there from my home in Denver. I had picked up a troubling noise from the trip, coming from the front undercarriage of my 7 series BMW. I was worried about making the trip back to Denver not knowing the source of the noise, so I called up the service department of Sandia BMW Friday morning and was able to get it in immediately for an inspection. It turned out being a loose nut at the left thrust arm ball joint. They torqued it up for me and that fixed the problem... but it very well could have come off on my way home which would have been disastrous. My service advisor, Ruben Garcia, treated me very professionally and courteously! They spent a good hour inspecting the vehicle and didn't charge me a dime! First class outfit! More
