I had to bring my vehicle in for an urgent unplanned part failure. It was midafternoon on a Friday. A necessary part of vehicle ownership, the service visit is pleasant at Sandia BMW. The only anachronism in the midst of the glamor of glass and high gloss paint, is the cleaning lady going about her duties is pleasant at Sandia BMW.
