I got lucky because Munish sandbergs top tech came out and inspected my car. Solved my problem, for free. It was a loose connection. Was very upset with the service and the final outcome of a HUGE mistake made on this dealership. We initially went in and did not buy a car, I did some research on cars that were on their way to the dealers a HUGE mistake made on this dealership. We initially went in and did not buy a car, I did some research on cars that were on their way to the dealership and also alt picked out the car we wanted. The salesman did not find this option for us. Once we sat down and talked to them we decided to go for the car. We put down a deposit for a car and were told we would get it mid October. Shook 3 different peoples hands and had the finance person come talk to us. We call mid October, the sales person lied to us and told us they double booked the car, but we had put down an offer first. My partner goes to the dealership and the car is not even there, they sold the car to someone else. Car wasn't even on the lot anymore. When we spoke to them about it, the sales manager said that this happens to them often. So we asked what they are doing to fix it, and all he did was repeat the process of how to buy a car. With no explanation of how to they are going to fix this. Well there was zero resolution, what they offered us for their mess up was petty. We would essentially have to wait 9 months for the car. I realize people make mistakes but the way this was handled was also very poor. Would not recommend, sales was poor, process was Poor, resolution was poor. More
Went in to have an estimate on a broken trunk lock and left with my check engine light on. Was treated like garbage and gaslighted. Told to leave after I stated that my car did not have the check engine left with my check engine light on. Was treated like garbage and gaslighted. Owner had the GM call me and basically the guy stated my car was too old for them to work on thus basically admitting the damaged my car. While refusing to fix it. AVOID these monsters like the plague. This happened in the spring of this year.(2023) I have reported them to the attorney general. And will be writing Volvo HQ as I have owned a few Volvos and was planning to buy a new one but they have lost my business due to Sandberg and their horrible manager and service staff. They are now sending solicitation mailers to my physical address. :-{ More

My family and I came in late on a Saturday evening (literally one hour before closing) with the hopes of buying an XC90 we saw on the website. Immediately, when making the call to be sure it was okay (literally one hour before closing) with the hopes of buying an XC90 we saw on the website. Immediately, when making the call to be sure it was okay to come into the dealership so late, we were greeted with a fun, lighthearted, but professional salesman (Bini) who gave us a great first impression. We arrived half an hour later with three kids under the age of 9 in tow and found a hospitable, child-friendly, clean, and professional organization. Jim soon joined our little team that was working to get this white XC90 secured. We laughed and smiled throughout the entire process, and found the transparency and empathy leap years different and refreshing from other times we've bought new vehicles. Although we were at the office until ten pm (yes, 10 pm), we never felt rushed or as if we were a burden. Even if we hadn't gotten a wonderful deal on our new car, I may have bought it anyway because the service was stellar. If you are vacillating on if you should and where you should buy your next vehicle, stop here and just head in. I promise you won't be disappointed! More
