SECONDLY, the showroom, “LET’S MAKE A DEAL AREA” was filled with comfortable chairs, snacks, water and drinks. There were books,etc for kids. LASTLY, and most importantly, was the team of Beniamin and Kathy that sealed the deal for us. RIght from the get go, Beniamin was tenacious. I was very specific about what I wanted. They did not have the car on Sandberg lot. Benny continued to check in with me every day to give me an update. He was able to find my car in California. It was already on a truck heading to Sandberg dealership. Benny and Kathy compliment each other. Kathy noticed I had a broken shoulder and twisted ankle when we met with them. Kathy could tell I was hurting. She helped me to my car, made sure I had water and snacks. Customer Service is definitely her forte. I will tell you that I have been leery about buying a car in the past because of the salesmen I have dealt with. But Benny and Kathy have a special charisma that works well. They compliment each other. I did not feel pressured by any means throughout the sales presentation. Between Benny’s megawatt smile and infectious laugh coupled with Kathy’s common sense, caring and positive attitude, it won us over. The next time we buy a car, they will be the first call we make. Our Memorial Day weekend getaway was going well, till our SUV gave us a shock. Suddenly our 2010 XC60 was rough idling and showing scary messages. We drove it slowly it into Sandberg with fears of a huge bill after a long time in the shop. This was our first experience with them. We were well-received (even our dogs). Since we thought trading the vehicle on a later model might be the best solution, we talked with Bill and Jack in Sales. They loaned us a 2014 XC60 (we like that model) so we could get home and test drive a possible trade at the same time. We left our SUV for troubleshooting. The next morning I heard from Natalie in the Service department. Together we made a plan. Natalie kept me informed about results of diagnosis and options for proceeding. She was open to an additional test I requested. The work was done expeditiously and effectively. Communications and flexibility were excellent. Long story short, for a reasonable cost, our Volvo came back to life the day after we brought it in to Sandberg. What a relief! Our thanks to Sandberg Sales and Service. More

I came onto the lot, with it in my mind th I have been a Volvo driver for over ten years, and had found a Mazda6 that made me want to make the switch. I came onto the lot, with it in my mind that this test drive was to prove to myself, I wanted the Mazda. Feras Abou-Zaki and I had chatted on the phone regarding my price range, what I was looking for in a vehicle and my interest in test driving a used 2014 S60. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and firm hand shake by Feras. After offering me refreshments, we sat down and recapped our phone conversation. He kindly explained pricing on the 2014 I had been looking at, and an estimation of what my total amount financed would end up being. It made perfect sense after he provided me with additional information – I would need to spend more than desired on this car. To my surprise, he had really done his homework – he found a 2012 S60 that looked identical to the vehicle I was interested in and had it pulled up and ready for a test drive. I actually had fun on the test drive! Feras shared information about the vehicle, while getting to know me as well. I felt like he genuinely cared, as opposed to just trying to sell me a car. After the test drive, he inquired about questions and concerns rather than jumping into pricing. At this point, I was super excited about the car and wanted to talk numbers. Feras presented me with pricing information on the 2012 and the 2014 which painted a clearer picture, of what made the most sense for me. I wanted to let this information marinate and really take time in making my decision. Feras offered to let me take the vehicle overnight, and never once made me feel pressured to buy the car right then. I had decided this was the car for me and returned to Sandberg the next day. You cannot beat a perfect car at a perfect price. The whole Volvo crew (Feras, Winston, and the finance gentleman) really went above and beyond for me. The team made me feel like a VIP customer, even though I wasn’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. I walked away feeling great about my purchase, and even better about the deal.
