Doors opened for me, waiting room has free coffee, drinks, fruit, and popcorn. Relaxing atmosphere if you choose to wait. Raychel was a delight I left for lunch and she made sure I was sent a voice message as soon as my vehicle was ready with details where to pick it up. They even washed my car for free which was a nice unexpected perk! More

Recall notice and "Check Engine" light was on. I had called to make an appointment to schedule an appointment for a recall notice and during the time between the appointment was set and the day cam I had called to make an appointment to schedule an appointment for a recall notice and during the time between the appointment was set and the day came, my check engine light came on. I arrived about 15 minutes early, TJ offered me coffee, told me they were expecting me and John would be my service advisor. Shortly there after John came out, my computer records and appointment sheet in hand. He told me they would do the recall first and then check the engine light. I had my laptop and the Wi-Fi is nice however for business folks like me I would have preferred a secured connection but it is not the big a deal. John kept me posted on progress and even offered some suggestions for a product for my diabetes once he found that out through general conversation. I have looked up what he suggested and have ordered the product to try. Was out in about 2 1/2 hours and everything was great, they did have to replace a part that was causing the check engine light to stay on. Thanks for everything! Doug More

Routine service I brought in my car for an oil change, air filter change, and auto butler. I also thought that I needed new brake pads as the previous advisor said I I brought in my car for an oil change, air filter change, and auto butler. I also thought that I needed new brake pads as the previous advisor said I would need to change them at my last oil change. However, I was told that they did not need to be changed which was a surprise as the last guy was really trying to push the brake pads the last time. It would be nice to get a printout of my vehicle inspection report so that I can monitor the tire tread, brake pads, etc. I am not sure if this is available at the dealership if requested. More
