Contacted Hannah to schedule service for my 2023 GV80 - received great news that I was eligible for Valet Service as radius extended to 250 miles (live in Tucson). The representative drove a loaner vehicl received great news that I was eligible for Valet Service as radius extended to 250 miles (live in Tucson). The representative drove a loaner vehicle down Tuesday morning and drove my car to the dealer. Hannah was in contact via text every step of the way keeping me informed with service updates. They brought my car back clean and beautiful on Thursday morning. So grateful that I did not have to drive to Gilbert from Tucson for service. Very satisfied with service. Highly recommend. More
