I worked with him all day about a car and even went as far as having him take I think everyone should know not to work with Kent at San Tan Hyundai. I worked with him all day about a car and even went as far as having him take photos to prove they had the car and spoke with him as I was driving to go get the car only to learn a deal had been going for awhile. So I drive an hour to San Tan only to find out the car had been sold. Manage your clients expectations. Be honest and let your customer know hey they are working a deal on this car... Maybe then I would have said okay well that's unfortunate, what else can we work out. Can you find me another car. Instead the dishonesty left me feeling extremely upset. Needless to say I will not be doing business with San Tan Hyundai. More
Craig Darrow was my sales person, he was awesome! He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I said I wanted a white car, even though there wasn't one any where in PHX, his re went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I said I wanted a white car, even though there wasn't one any where in PHX, his response was NO problem, they went to Yuma and got one! I received great service not only from sales, but from the Finance department as well, Nick Covert was friendly, fast and efficient. They agreed to a deal on Saturday and when I came back on Tues, when the car was delivered, that's exactly what I got. NO bait and switch. No tricks, just treats :). The customer service at San Tan Hyundai is incredible. I was at another Hyundai dealership and I was not getting what I wanted. They tried to give me $2000 under my bluebook price. I immediately called Bob Schoeppel from San Tan Hyundai he Unfortunately was on vacation. But that did not stop him from handing me over to the Internet dept. and I got Jason Dunlap. He said come see me and I'll get you what you want. And HE DID and More...WOOHOO!! He also got me the blue book price for my Mercedes 2002 CLK 320. My husband works for a big company out here in Arizona and we are definitely going to be telling his employees or whoever to go see Jason Dunlap in the internet Dept. for all of your needs... More
They completely gave me the run around for 4 days to then tell me they can't make a deal with me. They misguided me on the day I was purchasing the vehicle. I had the worst car buying experience ever here. Went to look at the Elantra Limited but they did not have any in stock. They said I could put down a deposit and they would hold one for me when they came i look at the Elantra Limited but they did not have any in stock. Worked up a purchase price including trade in which they had me sign,gave me a copy, and I gave them $200. Two weeks later I called and they said they had the car for me. I asked the salesperson (Jason Dunlap) three times on the phone if any of the figures were going to change. He firmly stated no, that it was a done deal, this was the price, and to come in and get the car. When I got there, the car was there and we went for a test drive. We then went to his office and he filled out all the sales papers, took the title to my trade in, took off the license plate, had me sign all the papers and said he would be right back and we would head over to financing. An hour and a half later he finally came back to his office where I was waiting and stated that he would not be able to give me as much for my trade in. Needless to say, I was livid after wasting all that time and being lied to in the process. He had no answer for me when I asked him why he told me it was "a done deal" on the phone and now the figures are changing. I told him I was not going to pay anymore and to refund my deposit. I had him put my license plate back on my car and I left. I will never go there again and unless you want to be taken for a long ride to no where, I would highly recommend that you don't try to buy a car there. More

While in I was told the seat belt light was not covered under the recall and $300+ worth of Car was brought in for warranty work on dummy lights. While in I was told the seat belt light was not covered under the recall and $300+ worth of work to the seat belt was needed. I told the service rep the light was not on when I brought the car in and had never been on so I refused the work. I was however charged for a seat belt light diagnostic test. I discussed this with the service representative who then rechecked with the technician who insisted it was indeed on. When I asked why it wasn't on when I got the car back he claimed to have reset it but that it would come back on eventually. Before writing this I gave them an opportunity to respond via their online survey, which they did not. Also I have waited for several months to be sure the light would not come on and sure enough it has not. It was my first visit to San Tan Hyundai and was very impressive at first, but this incident turned a great customer service experience into a negative overall impression of the dealership as I feel I was cheated. I don't trust them and won't be back. Be wary if you bring your car in for service. More
Jason Dunlap passed us on to a salesman, who passed us on to a manager...when asked how much we wanted to spend, we said $23,000 (as I already had an internet bid at 23,500 from another dealer...)the salesma to a manager...when asked how much we wanted to spend, we said $23,000 (as I already had an internet bid at 23,500 from another dealer...)the salesman after consulting with the manager came back with an offer of 28,500. So we picked ourselves up and left...the manager then came running out after us - claiming no one had ever left before (I can't imagine that)...he then offered us 23,300 if we stayed right then otherwise the price was off the table...we drove away. We received at least 2 phone calls reiterating the offer - but we were on our way to another dealership...the internet bid. Ultimately we bought the car at a third dealership - that afternoon, so obviously San Tan blew the deal BIG TIME! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
