Service Department I purchased a new Hyundai Ionic in May 2017. The manual called for a 3 month service inspection. I called the main dealer number for three days (4 tim I purchased a new Hyundai Ionic in May 2017. The manual called for a 3 month service inspection. I called the main dealer number for three days (4 times) to make the appointment. On each contact I received a recorded message: "we are experiencing heavy calling, leave your number and we will call back." I did not receive a call back! On the 4th try, I was able to talk with someone who said they scheduled service. They scheduled an oil change - not what the manual called for at 3 months. I cancelled this appointment and, out of frustration drove the car into service. They did not inspect or look at the car and told me to return in 6 months. The next day, we started a driving vacation trip. The tire warning light came on when we reached California, requiring an unplanned stop a dealer. More

I had a 2013 Elantra GT that I just loved and it was in good shape so that was why it took me a bit to decide. Coury had the model, color and package I wanted brought over from another dealership before I had decided to buy. When I agreed to a contingent deal with Mike via the phone, he had my paperwork ready when I arrived which helped the process go quicker. Kyle was very helpful with all my questions about financing. Due to timing, Sergio finished helping me with my final walk thru of the car purchase. He was also friendly and helpful. This was the easiest purchase so far I have experienced at your dealership. I have now purchased two new vehicles at your dealership. My Daughter and Son-in-law just yesterday purchased their second Hyundai as well from your dealership.
