I had an issue with my active exhaust on a new vehicle where it was not working properly at lower rpm... service took all day to say they couldn’t find a problem and gave it back with no solution. Sales was shady from the get go, I got a good deal on my vehicle, but they left out the fact of a few missing things like the second key fob and no OEM lug lock key until a week after the sale. During sale they said they were looking for it and would get it to me when they found it, and then tried to sell one at full price to me. More

Finance manager upsold me on everything even an alarm that was already installed on a 2017 which caused my monthly payment to skyrocket and have been screwed ever since. I moved yet cannot change service location which is inconvenient. On my first service my wheel lock was stolen from my vehicle by the service technician. Called for months without issue resolved. When physically came to get the issue fixed on next service, explained situation, dropped off first thing in the AM, did not receive call until almost closing to say vehicle was ready. Showed up to be told tire rotation wasn't performed due to no wheel lock found. I was outraged. All wheel locks had to be broken off and replaced without tire rotation and now my vehicle has tire chatter from missing rotation due to mud tires. If i had the choice I would never want to go back to this location and I wish I never purchased vehicle from the San Leandro location. I calling to make an appointment for servicing the Ram 3500 2018 4x4 17000 miles, It has a low voltage light, And had a noise on a differential Ti I calling to make an appointment for servicing the Ram 3500 2018 4x4 17000 miles, It has a low voltage light, And had a noise on a differential Timing for the appointment was right away, The truck is been in-service for 6 weeks and it's not ready, service advisors call me several times saying the truck is ready,Jose,robert, Dan service advisers, I asked to talk to service advisor manager and he 's never available, I went there three times to pick up the truck when I got there the truck was in the same spot since the first time I took a picture and it was exactly in the same spot for several weeks, they never did anything to fix the low voltage light issue which drains the battery almost everyday I was at work several times and I had to give it jump cables start, My tram is still at the dealership for service I don't know when the truck is going to be ready probably never because they not working on it, they simply don't care or simply they don't have professional Mechanicals, More
Dishonest sales reps The dealership had a special posted on its website (as of 1/6/2019) stating that a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited was available for $19,995. I somewha The dealership had a special posted on its website (as of 1/6/2019) stating that a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited was available for $19,995. I somewhat expected this to be an erroneous ad, but I went to the dealership to see if they would honor it. When I arrived, the salesman did seem surprised and went back to the office to inquire. He came back and said they would honor it. I proceeded to test drive the van with him. Then he started the financing paperwork, had me enter all of my personal information, and then ran a credit check for the loan. After running the credit check, a manager came over and said they were not going to honor the deal any more. He then tried to sell me a 2018 Pacifica L (base model) for the same price or the same Pacifica Limited which they had previously said they would sell for $19,995 but now the price would be $33,000+. Of course I tried to reason that this was incredibly poor treatment of a potential customer, but they wouldn't budge. Instead, I have to take the credit hit because of the loan application, and the dealership offered nothing to make it up. More
Avoid at all costs Bought a used car from this dealership. When I thought that we had agreed on a certain price , which we wrote on a paper including costs, the salesman Bought a used car from this dealership. He said the he talked to the owner and the owner said this was the new price. This happened 4 times! Ridiculous. They really push you to finance the vehicle btw. And dont give them your phone number because they will call you and text you twenty times a day for a few weeks from different numbers. I do not recommend going to this dealership. A new low in sales. More
