It took them 2 days to do an oil change. They estimate the time it takes 2 hours, and up being the next business day around 330pm for which I never received a call that the car was ready. I called 3 times to check if car was ready no answer. When I walk in the service area...there were 3 employees sitting around yawning. They didnt reset the next oil change on the car. They didnt rotate the tire. Now one tire pressure reads 25. More

Highly recommend Mustafa the salesman! Mustafa was AWESOME. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He knew that I had a price that I had in mind, he knew that I had my insurance all set Mustafa was AWESOME. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He knew that I had a price that I had in mind, he knew that I had my insurance all set and most important, he knew that my financing was set! ALL GOOD! BUT - if you want to feel like you’re not important? Go to their finance office. I had a PRE APPROVAL / APPROVAL above their asking price and yet they said things like: “NO ONE IS APPROVING YOU, I CANT REALLY TRUST ANYONE, IM IN SAN LEANDRO AND WE JUST DONT DO IT THAT WAY, ILL SLEEP BETTER ONCE YOUR BANK GIVES US A CHECK.” Oh well - I guess I should be happy I got a good deal. I did ALOT OF RESEARCH and I GOT my own financing so I was prepared - BUT TO BE TREATED SO POORLY IN THE FINANCE OFFICE... so I can’t recommend this dealership. More
