The actual sale of the vehicle was decent but the delivery was mediocre at best. Favian didn't seem to have that much knowledge on the vehicle I was interested in and not a lot of time was spent goin delivery was mediocre at best. While I was in the finance part of the transaction I was told the vehicle was being gassed up and then being washed. When I was done with finance the truck was still not ready, so when I asked Favian about the status of the truck he said it was almost done. When the Truck was finally done I was given the key by Favian and was told it was ready to go, I hop in and the gas tank was clearly empty. I asked Favian and he was quick to fill it this time. Now that the truck was ready I hop in again and saw that the gas was barely over a quarter even though I was told it would be filled up. At this point I was eager to leave and on the road I noticed that none of the interior was cleaned, there was even plastic still left of the rear headrest, plastic in the front seat pocket and the monroney sticker was still on the window. When i got home there were still blue marks on various panels that i had asked Favian about and was assured they would remove them, obviously there weren't and when I asked Favian he asked if I could remove them myself and if I couldnt I can bring it in. As if the story doesnt end I wasnt given the second key and they had to mail it in. More
