I dropped my 2019 jeep Rubicon for a check engine light and traction and was told it would be two weeks before they could look into the problem. Got an excellent deal from Daniel and had a great salesman in Alfredo who was very helpful. We have visited a number of dealers and, due to COVID, were always allowed to test drive the car alone. That was not the case here because we were told the owner would not allow it. Also, the vans that we test drove were filthy from being in the dirt lot. And even the one we bought was washed rather quickly and I am worried that all the dirt made microscopic scratches on the outside of the car while it was washed. You could see small abrasions to the outer coat and also, we wiped off excess dirt from under the windows. Another issue was we requested to drive a certain vehicle before we arrived and the wrong one was pulled. This also happened when we settled on a deal--the wrong vehicle was washed and waiting for us! So we had to wait. There was a lot of waiting. I was also disappointed that when we decided to go for a higher trim, the advertised price, as well as agreed to rebates/discountes on a lower trim, was not going to be honored (even though the dealer discount was more on the higher trim) . Luckily, Daniel came in and settled the deal based on the advertised price and also honored a Bonus Cash coupon that I had. Lastly, and this is a bit nit-picky, but most of the emails that were sent to me during the whole process never included a salutation or my name. It was simply the body of the email, which seemed rather unprofessional. I've worked in an industry where you're dealing with the public, and addressing them by name and signing my own were standard practice. It takes a few seconds, but write the customer's name and say something like, "Have a good day" or "Please let me know how else I can help" and sign your own name. All in all, we were happy with the deal that we got and the overall help we received. The feedback is so that SLCDJR can improve the overall customer experience, which I hope they do.
