Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

After driving two I made my decision and Grant gave me a great price and set me up with the aftermarket accessories I needed to make it exactly what I wanted. David Barragan found a lender willing to work with a recent college grad/first time buyer with little in the way of credit history and explained the various options for extended warranty coverage. I was approved in short order and soon on my way home in my new F-150. Thanks to Grant, David, and GM Trey Russell for making my first time buyer experience pleasant and hassle-free. I would recommend Sam Pack's Five Star Ford to anyone looking for a great buying experience in the DFW area. More

Jess is awesome! Bought a new 2017 Escape as a surprise for my wife and it went flawlessly! Told her I was taking her old car for an oil change and inspection so she c Bought a new 2017 Escape as a surprise for my wife and it went flawlessly! Told her I was taking her old car for an oil change and inspection so she could get it registered. Jess had everything ready pending the inspection of our trade-in. We got a great price on the new car, a very fair price for her old car, and the whole process was very pleasant. When I surprised the wife with it that night she was ecstatic! While she's driven a "new" demo Isuzu Trooper Limited to many very nice hand-me-down cars from our parents she said, "I don't know what to do, I've never owned a brand new car!" This is our second new car purchase in a row from 5 Star Ford and probably wont be our last. Our heartfelt thanks to all of the good people involved for the impact this had on my wife of 30 years. Jared didn't give me a Veteran discount Jared Wingard AT 5star ford in Carrollton (THAT’S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN EVER BE 5 STAR IF THE HAVE IT IN THE COMPANY NAME). I went to buy a new tru Jared Wingard AT 5star ford in Carrollton (THAT’S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN EVER BE 5 STAR IF THE HAVE IT IN THE COMPANY NAME). I went to buy a new truck on 7-6-2017 and Jared was my sales guy. Jared and I found a truck and Jared was working the numbers. Jared told me he pulled the truck up in front and wanted me to look at it. I went outside to look at it and it was a 150 not a 250, a crew cab and an extended cab. I look at it immediately and told Jared that’s not the truck and Jared responded really. ( SHADY SALEMANS PART 1 ) I said no it isn’t. Then Jared said ok and made me wait for another 2 hours and finally found my truck. Jared came back with the numbers and I was going to go to Navy Federal for my loan and Jared asked me to finance it through ford. I told Jared no. Jared went to his sales director and Jared came back and asked if I would finance it through ford then refinance it with Navy Federal (SHADY SALESMAN PART2). I said no, Navy Federal was the only bank to help me and I was very loyal to Navy Federal. Jared went back to his sales director and came back with the bill of sale and said we can’t give you your Veteran’s discount (SHADY SALESMAN PART 3). I looked at him like ummmm ok, Jared said that is wasn’t his fault HIS SALES DIRECTOR is strict about it. I was like ok, I’ll be back in about 2 hours with a check and Jared said he was sorry about not giving me my Veterans discount. I left and decide to go to Auto Nation Ford in Frisco and told Wallyed what happened and showed them the bill of sale and Wallyed gave me a better deal and said that Guy Jared was shady because he wanted to make a bonus with me for using Ford financing and decide not to give me my Veteran discount so that Jared could get it, because I didn’t go through ford to financing and Jared wasn’t going to get a bonus so he took my discount for his bonus. As I was coming back from Navy Federal to get my truck from Auto Nation Jared texted me and said we can give you a $1000.00 discount all we would have to do is rewrite the contract for August 1st, 2017 (SHADY SALESMAN PART 4) I ask Jared why he wasn’t willing to help me when I was there before I went somewhere else, Jared’s response was because I wanted to make a sale. (SHADY SALESMAN PART 5) I told Jared you should have done that for me at 1st not when I decide to go somewhere else, and I sent Jared a Picture of the Check made out to Auto Nation Ford in Frisco and said he was too late. We made a call inquiring about a vehicle we saw online and made our first contact with LINDSAY BASS. Lindsay was the BEST car salesperson we have had in all our years of buying and selling cars!! She was very honest and accommodating to all of our request. She made the whole process enjoyable & painless (what a sweet spirit)! Lindsay said she was new at the profession, but in our opinion, every dealership could use Lindsay Bass as a role model on how to treat customers.
