One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had I contacted the dealership about a truck I saw online. Was called by Victor in internet sales within 15 minutes. Had a price finalized with upgrades I contacted the dealership about a truck I saw online. Was called by Victor in internet sales within 15 minutes. Had a price finalized with upgrades (leather and tint) within a few minutes. Went to the dealership the next day, and worked with Jeff Flaishans for trade in evaluation and final deal. We only had to go back and forth to manager 2x before we settled. I drove the truck home that night, returned it the next afternoon. Met with the Alexandra Benvenuto (accessories manager) who was incredibly helpful. 5 Star put me in a loaner for 2 days while they installed leather, tint and wheel locks . Drove back and picked it up and could not be more happy. The service that Jeff and Alex provided me was outstanding. They met and surpassed every expectation and I got a GREAT deal on a used (but almost new F150). I live in Fort Worth and did not want to drive to Dallas to buy a truck, but they made sure the process was easy and they went the extra mile to fit my schedule.
