Typically making a large purchase such as a vehicle, there is not only stress and nervousness, but a great amount of uncertainty. My experience at this dealership was the exact opposite. Immediately entering the building, I felt at home! Everyone in the building seemed like family and treated customers as such! There was never any pressure when it came to picking a vehicle and I always felt like I could "walk away" if I wasn't comfortable with any purchase. Everyone here made sure that I got the car that was perfect for me. Jeff "Flash" toured the lot with me finding exactly what I needed. Mo and Carlos did a wonderful job helping me finance and tie everything up. Start to finish it was a great experience. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! More

They will be the only dealer I deal with in the future and the only dealership I recommend!! I highly recommend using Jeff "flash" Flaishans as your salesman. He was super friendly always had a smile even on the phone you could hear the smile on his face in the way he talked. I had to drive by myself with my two kids two hours into an area I'm not familiar with let alone a large city I'm not used to driving in (I'm from the country lol) and Jeff kept in contact with me the entire time. He offered to come find me if I got lost. Lol, thankfully I didn't get lost. But the customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. My kids even named our car after him "The Flash" lol!! Awesome Dealership! I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new one. I knew what I wanted and I needed to make the best deal possible that I could afford. The other dealership had the car that I wanted, but when I told them what I was willing to pay I was told that they would see what they could do and call me the next day. They never called me the next day. Five Star Ford - Carrollton had a car that was just a little bit different in the options, but was still what I wanted. I inquired online about the car and I got a reply almost instantly from Michael Corbett. I talked with him about the car and we set up a time when I could come test drive it. I went in the next morning and was greeted by Melanie Lucero. I was a little bit early so she helped me out while we waited for Michael to get there. She was with someone else so she just gave me the key to the car and said I could take it for a test drive on my own. AWESOME!!! When I returned Michael had arrived. I told them I liked it, but that I was also working with the other ford dealership to get the deal I wanted. I was asked what I wanted and I told them. She asked me if I would purchase the car before I left if she could make the deal. I agreed. Melanie said she would see if that was something they could do. She left and came back less than 5 minutes later and said "congratulations!". I will recommend Five Star Ford in Carrollton to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I GIVE THEM AN A++! More
