Pleasantly Suprised and Impressed I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. We showed up late due to the weather and the sales person and dealership did not rush us and I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite and took his time. We made the deal and due to the time they filled up our trade and let us take it back home 2 hours away and delivered our new truck the following Monday...... that is service ! and filled up the new truck when they arrived in our town. I would like to add the vehicle I traded in was my first Ford product as we had only purchased GM products previously. Fords vehicle sold its self and we are now a repeat customers. It was work the two our drive from our hometown to get outstanding service. We will send our friends and family to this dealership and salesperson. More

Another gentleman helped explaining some features of the newer truck & was very helpful but, I didn't get his business card. All in all the whole staff was gracious & helpful from the front desk to even a brief encounter I had with someone through the internet that helped locate a particular vehicle I wanted to look at before I came to the store. I also had a couple great encounters with Mr. Justin McCarroll through which I could tell, this is a dealership of Integrity. When it's time for a new truck I'm going back to 5 Star Ford Carrollton. We have never owned a Ford before and that is all we will drive from here on out. This dealership was extremely comfortable to deal with and we were satisfied with everything! Chris - He was extremely professional and did not pressure us at all. From the minute we walked into the dealership he was prepared and ready to work with us. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed. There was no pressure put on us and we were given time to think about things. We actually came back a few different times before making our final decision and he was always there with a smile on his face! He was very friendly, well-mannered, and always made sure we felt comfortable. This was the most relaxed experience I have ever had buying a car and it will be hard to ever top how easy this was for us. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision and he actually wanted us to take our time. It seemed more like we were talking to a very intelligent friend rather than a salesman. He is not your typical pushy type and we loved that. He went above and beyond showing us trucks from all different spots on the lot and we never once had to go outside and walk around in the freezing rain. He always brought them to us, and if we didn't like them, he took them back and came right back with more. He went out with us in the rain to show everything that Ford had to offer and he never complained once about the horrible weather! He was so excited for us throughout the whole process and we knew he truly cared about us and loved his job! He listened very intently to what we wanted and our high expectations were definitely met!! We clearly can't say enough good things about Chris but we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new or used Ford!! Reuben- As a manager here, he definitely took care of us. He definitely made us feel like VIP from the minute we met him. He went out of his way and took A LOT of time out of his busy schedule to help us find our dream truck. He worked extremely well with Chris and the two of them were the dynamic duo! The red carpet was definitely rolled out for us and once again, we never felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. Reuben was very easy to get in touch with and always checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. He gave us ALL possible options on different trucks and features to buy, and we could tell truly wanted to make sure we were going to be happy long-term with our decision. Every single second we were at this dealership we felt like we were treated like personal family. I live in AZ yet unfortunately had my van rear ended / totaled in Dallas. Good and bad thing to car shop in Dallas but I had a tight timeline so the vast array of dealerships and options were great .. and daunting. I received a referral to Sam Pack Ford. The showroom is amazing- tasteful artsy, beautiful and - my favorite: friendly and relaxed! Chris got a feel for my pace, was very responsive to my murky requests. We took several veh out for a drive. His demeanor was spot on for me. Intelligent, confident, easy pace yet not pushy nor ‘dynamic pitch’ He rolled with my side tracks, silly jokes and most appreciated- he chilled allowing me time to digest, process the veh. I didn’t get the ‘whats It going to take to get you in this veh?’ push. In fact Chris was helping compare veh, specs and offering ideas for other cars to look over. Chris’ transparency and enthusiasm initially almost felt ‘staged’ yet after our 2nd or 3rd test drive I could see he really likes his job, Fords and his ‘family’ / peers / the Sam Pack team Chris didn’t hesitate to let me take a veh overnight. He stated clearly the strengths of the different models we were looking at, he wasn’t shy to voice his ideas on what he thought the best veh and ‘fit’ for me was yet not pushy.
