The BEST experience!! Wow! We don't even know where to begin with this dealership! This was by far THE BEST experience we have ever had buying any new car! We have never ow Wow! Chris - He was extremely professional and did not pressure us at all. From the minute we walked into the dealership he was prepared and ready to work with us. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed. There was no pressure put on us and we were given time to think about things. We actually came back a few different times before making our final decision and he was always there with a smile on his face! He was very friendly, well-mannered, and always made sure we felt comfortable. This was the most relaxed experience I have ever had buying a car and it will be hard to ever top how easy this was for us. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision and he actually wanted us to take our time. It seemed more like we were talking to a very intelligent friend rather than a salesman. He is not your typical pushy type and we loved that. He went above and beyond showing us trucks from all different spots on the lot and we never once had to go outside and walk around in the freezing rain. He always brought them to us, and if we didn't like them, he took them back and came right back with more. He went out with us in the rain to show everything that Ford had to offer and he never complained once about the horrible weather! He was so excited for us throughout the whole process and we knew he truly cared about us and loved his job! He listened very intently to what we wanted and our high expectations were definitely met!! We clearly can't say enough good things about Chris but we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new or used Ford!! Reuben- As a manager here, he definitely took care of us. He definitely made us feel like VIP from the minute we met him. He went out of his way and took A LOT of time out of his busy schedule to help us find our dream truck. He worked extremely well with Chris and the two of them were the dynamic duo! The red carpet was definitely rolled out for us and once again, we never felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. Reuben was very easy to get in touch with and always checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. He gave us ALL possible options on different trucks and features to buy, and we could tell truly wanted to make sure we were going to be happy long-term with our decision. Every single second we were at this dealership we felt like we were treated like personal family. Reuben always had a smile on his face as well and dropped everything to make sure things were getting done for us and we were on the right track. I live in AZ yet unfortunately had my van rear ended / totaled in Dallas. Good and bad thing to car shop in Dallas but I had a tight timeline so the vast array of dealerships and options were great .. and daunting. I received a referral to Sam Pack Ford. The showroom is amazing- tasteful artsy, beautiful and - my favorite: friendly and relaxed! Chris got a feel for my pace, was very responsive to my murky requests. We took several veh out for a drive. His demeanor was spot on for me. Intelligent, confident, easy pace yet not pushy nor ‘dynamic pitch’ He rolled with my side tracks, silly jokes and most appreciated- he chilled allowing me time to digest, process the veh. I didn’t get the ‘whats It going to take to get you in this veh?’ push. In fact Chris was helping compare veh, specs and offering ideas for other cars to look over. Chris’ transparency and enthusiasm initially almost felt ‘staged’ yet after our 2nd or 3rd test drive I could see he really likes his job, Fords and his ‘family’ / peers / the Sam Pack team Chris didn’t hesitate to let me take a veh overnight. He stated clearly the strengths of the different models we were looking at, he wasn’t shy to voice his ideas on what he thought the best veh and ‘fit’ for me was yet not pushy. UNACCEPTABLE CARE FROM FORD This past Saturday, the battery light turned red 3 times at different stoplights and my car stalled each time. I drove to the Carrollton dealership ( This past Saturday, the battery light turned red 3 times at different stoplights and my car stalled each time. I drove to the Carrollton dealership (which is where my Escape 2017 is being leased from) for assistance and was given an appointment to return for servicing and a loner car on Thursday, February 14th. This is unacceptable Customer Service and I'm disappointed that the latter was my only option. At least ... offering me a ride to a rental service as well as leaving my car at Five Star Ford for repair would be expected. My car was just checked two weeks ago and there weren't any problems found. I understand a loner car was not possible on Saturday due to not being able to provide one to me. Consider taking one off the lot for situations such as this. I'm hesitant to drive my car because I do not want to risk being stranded. Five Star must first consider its loyal customer and not ever send one away without an immediate solution. I was willing to wait at the dealership while a technician examined my car and was denied the latter. My prior service visits were excellent. Mr. Sam Pack should review the process of sending a loyal customer home without an immediate solution. After all, the push to purchase an auto moves faster than a thoroughbred at the Derby. I'm sure the gentleman assisting me in the Service area was compliant with Mr. Pack's policies and didn't have a choice. However, chancing that my car might break down any time, I'm without mobility until Thursday and I hope I won't have to be towed to the dealership. Moving forward, I will not recommend Five Star. I expect Five Star to be prepared to give me a loner car at the time of my 9:00AM appointment on Thursday. Thank you. More

My Mustang order, delivery, and sales process was smooth I ordered a new Mustang because none of the local dealers had what I wanted. The sales price was competitive; maybe a little higher than buying something off the lot but I did not feel that I needed to dicker. Upon delivery the Mustang was clean, fueled up, and ready to go. I love that they did not put a bunch of dealership stickers all over the car; just a licence plate ring. Chris went over all the features of the digital dash and make sure that I understood how all the modes worked. More
