The moment Chris saw me and my partner in the parking lot, he greeted us and helped us in showing the cars which we were interested in. We did a bit of research on the Ford cars and explained to him what exactly are we looking for. He explained every feature of the cars which we were looking for, which helped us to take a decision. He made it so easy for us to understand, which actually helped us to decide which one to pick up. He was very attentive and was available to answer all our questions for the next step, which was approval and finance. Although to be honest I don't have a great Bhoom score to pick up the car which i wanted, but the confidence which he gave us made us feel relaxed. He ran here and there to the managers to finance departments and all and finally by the evening it was confirmed that i am approved to get the car. I would really appreciate his efforts to make the process so easy like a cakewalk, we were glad that we meet Chris first, I would thank the company to present us such a warm dealer who makes us feel comfortable, (especially if we don't have a fancy score to buy the car on one go). THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening to us regarding what we wanted or were not willing to work with us on a deal. We were on a road trip and listening to Car Pros on the radio and took a chance that they would give us guidance on where to go for a good car buying experience. I received an email from them telling us to get up with Trey at Sam Pack, we did and we received correspondence from Reuben who read my list of requirements and wants. He kept in contact with us all week while we were gone and had Terry Smith working on getting us the vehicle of our dreams. The truck we rented was great, but our new F150 XLT is amazing! Much better than we thought we were gonna get. We got back from our road trip, asked if they could put the spray on bedliner in so when we came up we could take it home that day. They made it happen. We came in on Monday afternoon, the truck was sitting in the shade, freshly detailed, perfect condition, beautiful. A woman opened the door for us at the dealership, asked if we were there to see anyone in particular, told her and she proceeded to let the woman at the front desk know the name. She announced the name and before we could turn around Reuben was there, hand out to shake ours, offered us waters, took us to his desk, filled out a couple pieces of information, then took us to Terry Smith who finished that paperwork for us. Trey Russell popped in to say Hi and introduce himself to us, and shake our hands. Reuben checked in on us a few times over the next 45 minutes or so. We went to the man in the office where we completed the financial portion of the deal, was offered an extended warranty, which we took. Then Terry showed us our truck with all the bells and whistles and got us on our way. A class act all the way! We have never had that great of an experience ever. We will be driving back to Carrollton for all our scheduled maintenance, and will have the truck towed up there if it ever breaks down. They have called us a few times in the past week to make sure we are happy with our new truck and that they have taken care of all our needs. CLASS ACT! More

Professional, honorable, efficient, fair! I was looking for a car for my daughter, who just turned 16. I found a vehicle on the internet (KBB) that I liked and called to make an appointment. B I was looking for a car for my daughter, who just turned 16. I found a vehicle on the internet (KBB) that I liked and called to make an appointment. Bill had the vehicle up and ready to go when I arrived. He took a little information from me and we went for a drive. He was easy going and very professional. My wife came back with my daughter that evening and someone else helped them check out the vehicle and take a test drive. We came back Monday afternoon and completed everything in approx. one-half hour, and I drove the vehicle home. It was one of the better customer service experiences I've had in years. GTN More
