I called him and told him I would like to go look at it we scheduled a time the following day, I looked at the Tahoe was very pleased with everything so I went through with the purchase as we were waiting for the finance dept to do their end David Baldovin was in contact with me the whole time giving me updates constantly via text since we could not go into office until it was time to sign papers due to COVID-19. Once it was time to sign papers we went in and David Barragan was our Finance manager he was very helpful and had us in and out within 15 minutes. Best dealership I have ever dealt with! More

The new incentive deals came out and I emailed Jose on the fly the about a specific model. within minutes he had emailed me back and was very straight forward about the vehicle and pricing. He did not pressure me or engage in the typical dealership sales tactics that you so often deal with. Working with Jose was like talking to car enthusiast who also happens to sell cars. Excellent service and he went out of the way to get the vehicle upgrade complete. Alex the aftermarket manager was great too, she did a fantastic job explaining the options and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. Rated quality of work 4 starts due to Roush having to redo the tune file a couple times for the phase 2 upgrade. More
