Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.
The dealership has been bestowed the highest honor for customer satisfaction and owner loyalty at Ford Motor Company, The NACE Award (three years in a row) and for over 25+ years has been in the Top Twenty Club as well as being named a "Top 500 Dealer" by Ward's Dealer Magazine. Great dealership and great people! Just bought a truck before leaving town the next day. I forgot to bring the paperwork with me to wire the funds and didn't realize it until I was a Just bought a truck before leaving town the next day. Even though they were both with customers, my Salesperson, David Baldovin, and the Finance guy, Luis Gonzalez were able to pull my file and text me wiring instructions in a matter of minutes! I worked with Jared W. on buying our new vehicle. We came in to test drive, and right from the start Jared was so helpful and courteous showing us all the options without on buying our new vehicle. We came in to test drive, and right from the start Jared was so helpful and courteous showing us all the options without any of the pressure tactics that you get at other dealerships. It was very refreshing. No one really enjoys the long, tedious process of purchasing a new vehicle, but with the service from SPFSF Carrollton it was such an easy, hassle-free process. I've never had such a fun time purchasing a new car! Would 100% recommend Jared and the dealership to anyone looking for a new ride. 6 out of 5 stars!! More

The entire team at Sam Packs Five Star Ford in Carrollton are the BEST!!! Seth was amazing with selling me the beautiful Escape and before I even got there his Team Lead Reuben was on it making sure I felt c are the BEST!!! Seth was amazing with selling me the beautiful Escape and before I even got there his Team Lead Reuben was on it making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed after a bad experience at Grapevine Ford. Luis in the Finance Department was so kind, patient, and friendly as he helped me navigate the financing. Also, Brett from the Service Team reached out to me to let me know he is there for me with any issues that may arise. I called regarding factory tape etc. being on the back windshield and Brett patiently gave me his number to personally reach out to with questions and to call back when ready to come in. So proud of 5 Star Ford in Carrollton as they truly care. Thank you gentleman for being the best part of Ford!
