I appreciate everything Jared did for me. He stayed patient with me as I searched for my dream truck. Where many other sales people would have folded and give up, Jared excelled. He answered my text messages even when he wasn't even working. We went through six different trucks and I was about to just throw in the towel when Jared somehow found a truck in the loaner program. It was everything I was looking for and he made it the right price. I'll forgive the miles. I really appreciate Jared's determination and resourcefulness. I came in looking for a Bronco for my girlfriend and left with a (mostly) brand-new F-150 FX-4. At the end of the purchase of the F-150, I was approached by Alexandra Benvenuto, the Accessory Director. Most of the things she asked me about I didn't want or need at this moment. But, just like Jared, she didn't give up and she wasn't pushy. At the end of her sales presentation, I bought a new antenna from her. On our way inside, I started asking her questions and asked her if they sell tint. She said she forgot to ask me about that. I ended up buying some tint from her as well. She was great! Lastly, I came in the next day to get the tint and antenna installed. Though it took me a while to get someone on the phone, I showed up for an 11 o'clock appointment. My representative, Drew Crysdale, got me checked in for the shuttle service. My only real complaints was how long it took for the shuttle service to get back from dropping the last customer off. Both of the drivers left at 10:55 a.m. and the next one back wouldn't arrive until 11:45 a.m. By the time I got back to work, Drew called me and told me my truck was finished. He then told me he would have someone ready outside of work when I am finished for the day, which was 2:30 p.m. I walked to the entrance of my work at 2:29 p.m., but I didn't see anyone. I waited for 5 minutes and then left to go continue working. 25 minutes later the driver calls me and tells me he is lost. But, I went outside and he just drifted to the next building right next to my own. We got back to the dealership pretty fast from there. When I got there, I went out to my truck to inspect the work and I didn't think the tint was dark enough. I'm not sure if it was my fault of Alexandra's, but I asked Drew if there was anything darker. He told me there was something called, "Legal Limo." Drew was patient and had his installer rip out the tint they just installed and then installed new "Legal Limo" tint. Unfortunately, everything was finished and I was walking out of the dealership at 6 p.m. That was a long day! In the end, I would HIGHLY recommend Jared. He will be getting more business from my girlfriend whenever she decides that she is in the position to buy that Bronco from you. Thank you for helping me out. Thank you for your hospitality, patience, knowledge and salesmanship. Jared is many levels above any sales associate I have ever worked with. Sam Pack 5-Star Ford is lucky to have him! Hello sir, I’m taking this to the top to let you know how I was treated by your service department. Yesterday (1/6/2023) I brought my 2019 F150 (which I purchased there), for an 5:00 online appointment oil c I was treated by your service department. Yesterday (1/6/2023) I brought my 2019 F150 (which I purchased there), for an 5:00 online appointment oil change. I pulled into the service area and no one came out, so I go inside and there was 5 people just sitting there doing nothing but I didn’t say anything. Eventually I was helped. At 5:30 my truck was finally moved. At 6:30 my service advisor came out and said we’re backed up, 1 1/2 hours later? Finally got my truck with the oil change and there was no charge. Fine, thank you but none of the other services were done, no tire pressure check, no top off of fluids and no reset of the oil status. There are back ups in this business and I understand it, but at least inform me early if there’s a problem and fulfill your service duties that are required with an oil change and don’t cut corners. More
