Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

Sam Pack Ford has serviced my Explorer since I bought it there in 2018. Clay always treats me politely and takes care of my car's service needs. I took the car to the dealership for service, but Clay told me it could be serviced and delivered to my house before noon and it was. As is the case many times miscommunication caused some confusion on my part. Mr. Russell explained the reasons for the problem we were experiencing to my satisfaction. I appreciate Mr. Russell taking the time to call and explain everything to me and offering any other help that we may need. I have faith in this dealership again because of Mr. Russell going above and beyond what he had to do for a valued customer. More

Purchased a new F-150 Platinum truck the end of May. At some point in time we lost all the paperwork that came with the purchase of this truck. We contacted, either by a message left on voicemail or email. After getting 0 responses I decided to contact Mr. Russel, the General Manager of 5 Star. We sent Mr. Russel an email on July 18th asking for some help getting copies of this paperwork. Explained how we had been completely ignored by others in management and finance. As of today I still have not heard back from Mr. Russell. Even though we have bought 3 pickups and 5 lease/buy different SUV'S from 5 Star in the past I felt this organization is done with you as soon as they get your money and drive off the lot. I finally decided to drive to the dealership and see if I could get some help in person. Found our salesman and he took me directly to a Mr. Luis D. Gonzalez who printed out all the paperwork I had been unsuccessfully trying to get since mid June in about 10 minutes. Mr. Russell, I have to ask, "now was that so hard to do"? We won't be going back to 5 Star ever again. More
