Carrollton location gained my respect and business. Upon arrival, Melanie L helped me in my search to by a new car. Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable and sweet as can be! I had picked a car and it was awaiting detailing and was going to return later in day, but a sudden death in family delayed my return for a week. The original car I had selected was sold, but I wasn't expecting different. We looked at options on the lot at that moment. Found a car that better suited my needs and wants in a purchase. Dennis was overseeing the deal and was friendly and knowledge was great as he directed my financial needs in the right direction. Each associate greeted me and even when I called over the week the receptionist was super friendly. The finance team was great aswell and meeting the service advisors was pleasant.They made my purchase more than I had hoped for. Im a fan now and look to be a long time customer of them. We were greeted by Melanie Lucero and after informing her of Jerry's recommendation she took us to see Trey Russell. Trey is the contact person for The Car Pro listeners. Melanie then took us to the Escapes available on the lot. I had originally thought I would want an SE, but after seeing the Titaniums and being so well informed and shown the technology available with this upgrade I knew this was what I wanted. We found one on the lot that had everything we wanted and after a test drive we went back to see Trey for pricing. The entire process, from entering the lot to getting the lease priced to fit our needs to the final financing experience with Brandon Matthews, was a truly enjoyable experience. I love my Escape and will definitely come back to this dealership for future leases or purchases. More

She had two ready for me to look at. Visited with Mr. Pack. (very nice touch and he is a very genuine man) Melaine presented best offer, then went to talk to Mike in Credit, He was very knowledgeable, helpful and felt I was in good hands. Purchased vehicle exactly what I wanted for what I consider a fair price. Melaine took me out and synced my phone with car, explained all features, answered all my questions and Mr. Pack once again came out to talk with us prior to leaving. Even though it was getting close to closing time prior to making our deal, we never felt rushed or made to feel hurried. I have a very great comfort zone with Sam Pack Ford. i feel they are giving me the best deal, not trying to rip me off and I will definitely refer friends and family to Sam Pack Ford and most probably purchase my next vehicle from them in a few years. I have purchased Fords from other dealerships in the past and never have felt the comfort zone I feel with Sam Pack Ford. More

I then had leather and custom wheels added to arrive a nice looking SUV that I get compliments on 7 months later. Alex Sagcal was my salesman and a really knowledgeable and service oriented guy who represents Sam Pack better than they deserve. I had to return to the dealer or Alex would pick-up my SUV on 4 occasions. One to get the leather installed, One to get wheels right (ordered chrome, aluminum corrected). I observed my new SUV closely and noticed dings to the body after being in the service stall which were not there when I arrive. I complained and they fix them only to find later that my Garman GPS was missing after being in the body shop where I was addressed as "what'cha need man". I was so elated to leave this place that I never wanted to return, so when I discovered my GPS missing, I decided it was not worth it to have to deal with the low-lifes that work there. If you are a proud and accomplished Black Male, beware.....you will draw haters that work for the dealer and your new vehicle will be scarred in so way....just a fact!!!! While I love my Explorer, I will never buy a Ford product again. I keep a Benz or BMW for the wife, now I know why! I live in Plano and will get my SUV service in Frisco. More

From the first day I inquired about Ford F-150 pricing in September 2013, to the day I drove off the lot in my brand new Platinum in March 2014, and even continuing TODAY.. I have been met with the utmost professionalism and care by this stellar team. I would consider them a network of truly passionate and dedicated worker bees, all striving for the same collective mission in excellence. Not only did my salesman Jack Verver assist me in my very meticulous requests for my new truck, but he was the most patient and helpful in my very long six month buying process. I was in very specific financial boundaries, and he met me exactly where I wanted to be without violating the integrity of service and quality I was asking for. Because I am a GAF certified roofing contractor, I qualified for the X-PLAN pricing, which is a very nice discount. Knowing that he was taking a loss on profit margins with my sale, Jack continued to offer me the "Royal Treatment" and red carpet service. I must have visited their showroom a dozen times browsing options and colors, and test driving several different trucks. I got to know pretty much ALL of the staff at this location and I can say the same thing about every one of them. They all acted like they were individually there to serve me, even though Jack was my official salesman. I am so happy I made the decision to go with Ford for my buying experience. I invested in a $54,000 with some nice rebates and discounts.. and I feel that I have received an incredible deal on everything that has been presented to me thus far. I've been back a few times since then and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, even offering to wash my new truck when I return. I know many of them by first name now, and consider them my Ford family. WOW Ford.. you've really set the "Golden Standard" of service and salesmanship!! All this and I haven't even mentioned a word about how amazing and technologically advanced my new Ford F-150 Platinum is.
