Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either.
