Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.

I was in a position to need to buy two cars recently. My daughter had been in an accident and our son was turning 16. My daughter found a Bronco Sport that she liked online and from the first call I My daughter had been in an accident and our son was turning 16. My daughter found a Bronco Sport that she liked online and from the first call I placed to inquire about it the service was amazing. Seth Wright answered the line and was incredibly helpful. We called about one Bronco, but he was able to help us find another in the color she wanted that we had not even noticed. When we arrived at the dealership, Seth was tied up with another customer and introduced us to Jared Wingard, who was flat out fantastic. He was very helpful, not at all pushy, and just made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and not just closing a transaction. While we were working on the deal for the Bronco for my daughter he even helped us find a Ranger for my son that we came back and purchased 5 days later. I had never been to this dealership prior to this experience, but I will certainly come again in the future when the need for a new car arises. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and these two great salesmen to anyone that is in the market. Robert A. More

GOOD I THINK KARLA IS THE BEST. From beginning to end my experience was amazing. As an RV owner wanted to ensure our new truck had plenty of towing capabilities. At first we thought an F250 will be enough but once Larry starting giving us info on F250 and max weight to pull safely and comfortably we quickly decided to move up to a dually F350. We felt no pressure to purchase a more expensive truck or to make any upgrades. Both Ruben and Larry made the experience enjoyable and super easy. Even finance was quick and painless.
