Initially, the salesperson was helpful, and I was ready to finalize a deal after they agreed to match a competitor’s price. However, when I questioned an unexpected $225 discrepancy in the final price, Raj Patel handled the situation with extreme arrogance and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, he walked into the room, shook hands in a condescending manner, and told me, “You don’t have a car here. You may now get out.” Then, he simply walked away. His dismissive and rude attitude was shocking, especially since I had been polite throughout the process. Rather than treating customers with fairness and integrity, he chose to belittle and intimidate. No professional should behave this way, let alone someone in a management position. If you’re considering purchasing from this dealership, avoid dealing with Raj Patel at all costs. There are plenty of other dealerships where you’ll be treated with respect and honesty. More

I was in a position of a great loss, again with another Ford product where I was dealt a lemon. I decided to take a swing at requesting extra support by contacting Sam Pack directly for a trade in on another new truck since I was going bald dealing with this one. Two months later when sweet Sam Pack was finally cornered into speaking with me, I requested my new deal over the phone. I could instantly tell he was angry about having to speak to me. I asked about my trade which he was fully informed on my issues. His response to me came across in a violent scream turning down my request. So off I went to the Chevy dealer never to purchase another Ford product again. More
