We went down there to look at a 2012 Grand Cherokee. We were suppose to talk to a Paige or a Luis. Well when we got down there, these people were not even there. We were told they took the day off. So we e were suppose to talk to a Paige or a Luis. Well when we got down there, these people were not even there. We were told they took the day off. So we ended up talking to Alberto. And he didn't know what the he'll was going on. In other words we were lied to. We were told there was nothing they could do for us. But the sign in the showroom says... No credit, No problem, we can help. Well to me that's xxxxxxxx. So we walked out passed off. So I suggest to all your friends and family, stay away from these people. They will lie to you just to get you down there. More
Had a very problematic situation with dealership service dept. Brought my convertible in for problems with opening and closing. Service dept. recommended $4,000 in repairs might fix the problem but $1000 of dept. Brought my convertible in for problems with opening and closing. Service dept. recommended $4,000 in repairs might fix the problem but $1000 of that repair was for parts MITSUBISHI no longer makes. I walked, took it to a local repair shop that actually will work on a car. THERE WAS NO NEED FOR $4000 IN PARTS. It turned out to just be a broken wire to the fifth bow actuator. (I had been told all wires were checked.) My mechanic simply repaired the wire and the top now works FINE!!! A broken wire, nothing else, and the service dept. could not handle that fix. I honestly don't know if it was a problem with incompetence or they were trying to rip me off. As they are the only Mitsubishi dealership in the area I just did not feel like I could trust them and sold the vehicle today. Will never purchase another Mitsubishi product again. Would rate the service dept. with zero starts if I could. More

I had contacted this dealer via their online form about a newly listed used vehicle expressing my interest to know the price and if I could place deposit so I could secure the vehicle then await some photos newly listed used vehicle expressing my interest to know the price and if I could place deposit so I could secure the vehicle then await some photos of it to confirm its condition to lock in the price communicated. Paige, and the management would not take my deposit and said we will contact you once it arrives from the auction. In the following 24 hours, they proceeded to raise the price on the car by $2500. They had not received the car yet at this point so it is not related to any items found at inspection or additional money they had to put into it. The price they wanted for this car initially was a tad high, but in the fair range. The new price is higher than the market is holding on this model. They refuse to honor the originally communicated pricing, nor accept my deposit. My assumption is they had some interest in the car from a few parties at the original pricing so they assumed they could get more for it and bumped up the price. I suggest avoiding this dealer as they have no honesty or business ethics. More
Sold me a vehicle in November and it isn't worth the paper that the contract is written on. I can't refinance it or trade it in. In 5 months it isn't worth anything. Salesman Caleb Johnson sold a new Mirage to my sister (who is very illiterate with business, only barely completing high school) told her the car price was $17,570 and told her there was also a rebate. A (who is very illiterate with business, only barely completing high school) told her the car price was $17,570 and told her there was also a rebate. After I reviewed her contract, they added additional $3,000 for "KAHU3 , Window tint for $799.50 , and $799.50 for Door Edge Guards without telling her raising the the price $22,169 and then deducting a $5,300 "Cash Dow npayment" when she only gave them $200. They then made her sign a promissory note for $1,000 and will now not give her the license plates unless she pays another $500 on it. We have tried to resolve this issue with their Finance, Mark Jones, who said they had to use "creative financing) to get her a car. Nicole, Sales Manager refuse to refund the disputed charges. and became very confrontational/ unfriendly and unwilling to help. . On Nov 3, Nicole said she could not do anything but put on the Window tint and Door Edge Guards. Nicole said we needed to talk to her boss but we cannot get him to call back. This Sales Department is deceptive in their financing techniques and take advantage of those that are illiterate/have bad credit to sell cars. I am still waiting to hear back from them and if I don't, I will complete the Arbitration Agreement and send it to Mitsubishi of America hoping for a resolution and go to the Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Dept. Based on my sister's experience, if you are desperate for a nice car and have poor or marginal credit, they will get you into a new car but you will pay dearly and they will not resolve any complaints you have. Preventive Maintenance for an older vehicle Having purchased my Mitsubishi Endeavor in Washington over 15 years ago, now retired I reside in Idaho. The vehicle runs as well as it did the origin Having purchased my Mitsubishi Endeavor in Washington over 15 years ago, now retired I reside in Idaho. The vehicle runs as well as it did the original date I drove it off the Renton Washington sales yard. With reduced driving in retirement, I have decided to keep the Endeavor forever, rather than spend 25-50K for a new car. As such I needed to find an new Mitsubishi dealer for my service needs, as the only dealership in Idaho is 200 miles away. As such, I chose SALT LAKE MITSUBISHI. Nonetheless, I was concerned about going to a new dealership and receiving all the services I felt I needed without being talked into expensive items I did not need. I must say I was 100% satisfied with the service. The vehicle was inspected, and I was shown the details and recommendations. All recommended services were completed thoroughly and accurately while I waited. In conclusion, I am happy to report total satisfaction with this dealership and its courteous and professional employees, and will return to SALT LAKE MITSUBISHI for my future service needs, More
My new Mitsubishi Mirage's back-up camera! Somebody (maybe a Hater), broke it off, scratched the xxxx out of it, then tried to glue it back on. Salt Lake Mitsubishi then they gave me the keys; I drove (maybe a Hater), broke it off, scratched the xxxx out of it, then tried to glue it back on. Salt Lake Mitsubishi then they gave me the keys; I drove off and noticed this an hour later. Plus they screwed-up the contract sales pricie it is not what I agreed to...again my fault for trusting them. Terrible experience! The salesman Ryan Gold was golden, a real sweetheart, honest and sincere... he deserves a better place to work Paid my down payment with a credit card, I am now disputing it..hope Wells Fargo backs me up on this...whoops a pun😀 And no one working there wore a mask, hope I don't die just to own a purple car...yikes!
