The fact that helping me was more important than getting a sale was impressive. Bob took me out for a test drive and when we returned the deal was waiting. I had done my home work and Knew what a fair price was. The first price he presented was not only fair but they had looked for all available rebates with out me asking and the trade allowance on my old Escape was more than generous. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. If you want to argue on price don't go here. If you want to walk in pick out a car and be treated fairly make Salerno-Duane Ford your first stop! Vito treated me with respect from the time we shook hands just after I walked in the door. I knew I wanted a hybrid vehicle and we talked about the pros and cons of the two I had in mind.
