I must say I had the best car buying experience ever at Salerno Duane Ford! I highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone! My initial contact was with Ariel via Internet Sales and after her prompt response, I arranged to test-drive a vehicle. At that time she introduced me to my salesman, Bud Dyer, who is by far the kindest, nicest, friendliest man I have ever met! After the test-drive, I decided to go home and weigh my options. I thought about Bud the entire weekend! He provided such great customer service in being patient, answering my many questions and listening to the things I wanted. When I returned on Monday, I found out Bud was not working that day. I was sad. However, I met with Vito who further impressed me with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. He made arrangements for me to meet with Bud the next day and take delivery of my brand new Ford Edge! I don't know who was more sad to see the other go, me or Bud! I look forward to working with Salerno Duane Ford for years to come! More

He was the kind of salesperson I like, informed and not pushy. I returned with my husband a week later. My husband was not thinking we would buy a car. He was convinced that this dealership would not give us a good price. He and I were so pleased that the price was much lower than we expected. We bought the car that day. I have been back to see Vito twice since picking up the car. Once I had questions about the navigation system and other "fancy" electronics. The other time was for him to put the license plates on the car. Both times he was friendly, gracious, and helpful. I fell like I could call any time I have a problem or question about the car.
