The only area of improvement would be when we went to sign the documents with the finance person up at the top building. We were waiting for quite some time and this person seemed to be in no rush to help us. He was having a social conversation in the back with one of his colleagues while we waited in full view of him and he made no effort to come over and attend to our needs in a timely manner.
