After having been to several dealerships, test driving various makes/models, I ended up at Salerno Duane Ford in Summit, NJ., being recommended by a friend. The entire sales staff was there to answer any of my questions with a large knowledge base of their product and exerted no pressure. Upon completing the test drives, I sat down with my sales person, Mr. Bob Cerza, also knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I also sat down with the General Sales Manager, Mr. Steve Costa. Mr. Cerza, and the team, was very friendly and personable. Bob has already followed up with me to see if I have any questions about the vehicle and any technical issues. The first time I walked into Salerno Duane Ford I was actually just price shopping to see if I could get a better price on a vehicle I had test drove from another dealership I had visited. Bob was really helpful and there was no pressure to purchase, unlike the other dealership I visited who was calling every day and becoming a major nuisance. I decided to make my purchase with Bob because he was really friendly, looked out for my best interests, and was competitively priced. The whole experience was much more personal than what you would receive from some of the larger dealerships - a big plus. I would definitely purchase from here again. More
