Buying a car from Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane Ford was like doing business with a new "old friend". We do not have a contact for purchasing a car, so we walked into the dealership "blind" after researchi like doing business with a new "old friend". We were fortunate to be approached by Bob Cerza, who immediately put us at ease for testing and possibly leasing a vehicle. He answered our questions honestly and had a pleasant friendly attitude toward the entire process. After test driving a few cars, we decided on a Ford Escape. Bob patiently explained the basics of leasing to me (a newbie to car leases) even thought my husband was already aware of them, and gave us insight into the different cars we were considering. No pressure, no high stress sales pitch - just friendly honest information. It was a great experience! There is enough stress in figuring out which car you want these days, let alone trying to deal with high pressure sales - what a nice surprise not to have to deal with someone who makes that more stressful, but rather someone who honestly gave you the facts and let you decide what worked best for you! The day we were to pick up our new vehicle, the sales manager, Jeff, was efficient with all the paperwork that needed to be signed, and quickly sent us back to Bob so he could go over the car with us. Bob's patience and help in setting up things like the smartphone interface, etc, was appreciated greatly. The car ready to go, filled up with gas, we were set to start out with our new car. Bob offered his ongoing assistance several times - if we need anything or don't understand anything just call - which is so nice to know. It is not a "see ya later" experience as you drive off the lot. You are definitely not on your own. The staff at Salerno Duane Ford will continue to support you throughout your lease with them. I'm glad i chose Salerno Duane Ford for this lease and would highly recommend Bob Cerza if you are looking for a new Ford! More
