Great experience! Five stars well-earned. I leased a Ford from a different Ford dealership (not Salerno Duane). As my lease ran out, I called the other Ford dealer multiple times and never got I leased a Ford from a different Ford dealership (not Salerno Duane). As my lease ran out, I called the other Ford dealer multiple times and never got a reply about my lease return. Since my wife had a great experience with Salerno Duane Ford, I asked about returning my lease there. From now on, Salerno Duane Ford is going to be the dealership that I go to. Bob Cerza made the whole experience as easy as possible. He's the same salesman who handled my wife's lease and I was impressed with the follow-ups that he did. It made us feel like we were valued customers. As far as my lease return goes, they took care of everything as well and told me what I could expect. If there are any issues, many of the staff has told me that I should call them to see if they could help. While waiting for the paperwork to be done I was invited to a nice lounge area with snacks and beverages. They basically have thought of everything. Keith Caliguari is a mechanic there who has worked on my previous leased car. He came out and greeted me as well. The service overall is what I consider exceptional! More

Also a very kid friendly dealer - especially when I had a 4 year old with me for first ( only) dealer visit and then 2 kids with me when I went to pick up the car.
