He did a great job at matching and beating bids from other dealerships. All of that over email even before stepping into the dealership. Then once there, Bob C did an awesome job of taking care of all the logistics, in very friendly, no pressure and quick way. Bob was very pleasant and very flexible with my schedule. Very happy with the dealership experience. Btw, I've passed by 4-5 other Ford dealerships on my way to this place. Finally, a quick quote from Steve: "We are not a large dealership, and we try to do things a little differently here". And that's exactly what my experience was, after having "the privilege" to deal with "traditional" dealerships, for my 2 previous new car purchases. Highly recommended! Btw, this is my 1st Ford, after having driven only Japanese and German cars:) More

Friendly and honest! Prior to even deciding on Ford, Ariel Sallemi spent time answering all of my questions via email. Bob Cerza was kind enough to set me up with a test Prior to even deciding on Ford, Ariel Sallemi spent time answering all of my questions via email. Bob Cerza was kind enough to set me up with a test drive of the 2015 Explorer. I didn't feel pressured or hassled at all even though I was on my way from Salerno Duane to test drive other makes of SUV. Ultimately after test driving other makes and models we decided on Ford and it was easy to choose the team at Salerno Duane. Bob made the entire process easy and clear. He found the advertised special we were considering and got us started on our lease the very same day! (even after we drove around test driving other cars). Not only was there no hidden fees or other related nonsense, Bob even found us an additional rebate for which we were eligible though it was not advertised! He set up a day and time to pick up our new Explorer and everything went smoothly. Steve in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I understood absolutely everything before I left. Every one at Salerno Duane seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs and care about their customers. I've worked with 3 other major dealerships in the area for previous purchases and leases and Salerno Duane Ford was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I would recommend them to anyone in the market and I plan on returning upon lease end. More

He explained all my options and made me feel comfortable about my choice. I was concerned about keeping within my budget; Bob explained the incentives and helped me get a good price. It's nice, and important, to be welcomed with a smile before-during-and after the sale. Bob will get and keep customers for Salerno-Duane Ford. More

Best car buying experience It was time to replace our 2005 Mustang which had 179,000 miles, and we chose Salerno Duane because they had the 2014 Ford Edge in the Sunset color th It was time to replace our 2005 Mustang which had 179,000 miles, and we chose Salerno Duane because they had the 2014 Ford Edge in the Sunset color that we wanted on their lot. We were very lucky to have Bob Montgomery as our sales representative, he was the best. We received a great trade in price, many rebates, excellent pricing overall, and the 4 year financing plan we wanted at a lower percentage than our Credit Union offered. Bob did everything in a few hours from having the Mustang appraised to working with the finance guy for our loan. When we came back to pick up the Edge a few days later (our decision, they offered to have everything ready the next day), Bob took off our plates and even washed them! He took the time to show us everything in the vehicle, and was never pushy or in a rush. I highly recommend Salerno Duane Ford for anyone looking for a new Ford in NJ. More
