Salerno Duane is not the closest dealer for me, but after making visits to two other nearby dealers, it was clear that SD was going to be the best choice. Bob Cerza was a pleasure to deal with. I'm a pretty particular customer and over a 2 month period I stopped in to see Bob several times. He was very patient and very low key . . . no pressure whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable about all the details and features of the car and helped me decide on exactly how I wanted the car configured. When the time came to negotiate the deal, there wasn't any of the usual nonsense, and I thought the price I got from SD was very fair. Some of the dealerships are still run the old way - high stress and low information. In working with Bob Cerza, he was patient and persistent in showing and explaining the details of the car I got (Ford Explorer LTD). Without giving away all the details, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a fair price too. The dealership itself clearly is well menaged as the other staff were very helpful at differnt stages of the process. To sum it up, From prior car buying experiences I expected a "slug fest". From this process, I dealt with a well-informed sales person that helped me settle in on the car I needed for my family.
