Same experience different car !!!! PERFECTION !!!! As usual !!!! This is my second car with this dealership and the second experience working with Bob Cerza who seems more like a frie PERFECTION !!!! As usual !!!! This is my second car with this dealership and the second experience working with Bob Cerza who seems more like a friend than a salesman. I mean like really, it is a pleasure just to sit there and talk with him about every day life. He is a professional and by far the best sales person I have ever had in my 14 or so previous experiences with purchasing, leasing, and browsing through car showrooms. The best part is that there is no need to haggle or play hardball. Bob is not looking to scam you or milk you for whatever money he can get for the dealership. In fact, he cares just as much about making sure you find the right fit for a car as he does ultimately achieving the sale for the dealership. I also should say that what is often a disastrous experience at highway dealerships is actually a spectacular experience at Salerno Ford when having Bob assist you. I will be back of course. The price of the vehicle only came down to the internet price they offered after I questioned it and the trade in value of my trade in was rock bottom of value, which is expected at dealerships. Overall I had no complaints about Bob since he doesn't control the pricing. Getting the final paperwork done took a long time, longer than expected, cause nothing was ready at that time. More

I think this survey is weighted too heavily in the employee's performance rating based on the amount of follow up I got to complete it. I don't want that to negatively impact Bob because obviously that is the culture but it definitely made me feel the feedback was a compliance exercise. More
