He was no "salesman" but an experienced professional who was more than happy to explain our options, their stock availability, and the buying vs, leasing option as well as available incentives. He was there from the initial sales up to and including the conclusion of the financing stage. He patiently gave us an informative tutorial of the vehicle which included more than the manual. Mr. Monaco made sure we drove away fully educated about the vehicle and we would, without hesitation not only purchase our next vehicle with Mr. Monaco but recommend future customers to speak with him directly. Bob Cerza worth asking for Bob made our experience very positive.
