At times, I was not the easiest person to deal with but Bob Cerza was patient and even explained ways that would satisfy me completely... Indeed he did! Especially when called and said the exact car that I am looking for they have and are willing to hold it for me. I never felt pressured at all and with all the pricing information out there today, and by doing a bit of comparison shopping at other dealers (which Salerno Duane suggested), I know I received the best deal possible. They never tried to upsell me or sell me accessories or after the fact products that I didn't want. They listened to what I wanted and met MY needs and only made suggestions that were a benefit to me and not necessarily to generate a profit from them. They truly know how to attract and retain loyal customers. The entire process was extremely smooth from my initial contact with Ariel Sallemi via the internet to my interim and final negotiations with Steve Costa, the sales manager to the handling of my sale by Vito Monaco (who did a wonderful job of delivering and explaining the vehicle to us), to the signing of the final paperwork and the add-on of the extended warranty and GAP insurance (which I initiated) with Steve Bernstein.
