Using the early bird program to lease a dealer demo I made an Internet contact with Ariel Salemmi. She was not afraid to give me a monthly lease payment over the phone. I agreed to come into test drive I made an Internet contact with Ariel Salemmi. She was not afraid to give me a monthly lease payment over the phone. I agreed to come into test drive the car an Escape SE from their inventory. She introduced me to Bob Montgomery a fine salesmen. Who arranged for the test drive and also obtained figures on an Escape SE which appeared on the showroom floor. It was dressed up inside and out and had some options such as 4 wheel drive and a power seat and a power liftgate that I would have probably not have purchased separately. But it is a sparkler in black and so I asked about it. Bob came up with comparison figures without hesitation. At first I thought the monthly payment was too high and asked for a lower one with a reasonable down payment. After a discussion with Steve Costa the Sales Manager, Bob returned with what I know was an excellent deal and now the car that I would normally dream about would be mine. First time car buyer- Incredible experience I just graduated from college and needed a vehicle quickly before starting work full time in North Carolina. I did a lot of online research and stopp I just graduated from college and needed a vehicle quickly before starting work full time in North Carolina. I did a lot of online research and stopped at a few other dealers in the NJ area. I stopped at Salerno Duane and met Bob Montgomery. That was pretty much the end of my search. I had never owned or bought a car before and was a relative newbie with very low capital. I explained my entire situation to Bob. I didn't know if that was good or bad at the time because I had always heard that you have to haggle deals with Car dealerships. Bob was not that guy. Bob treated me as if I was one of his own children and got me a deal that was unheard of. Bob got me incredible money back, gave me great advice, and really helped take all of the stress out of a very big purchase! I really wouldn't have lucked out so much without him. After I explained the time crunch, I came back with my parents later that night to meet Bob and see the car themselves. A good deal and a good guy are hard to comeby, but when you find both - you jump on it. So we leased a Ford Focus with Bob!
