Quick, Friendly and Efficient Service I have been a Chevy Malibu customer for the past 15 years of my life, and after not finding a fair deal on a new vehicle during a recent trip to Multi I have been a Chevy Malibu customer for the past 15 years of my life, and after not finding a fair deal on a new vehicle during a recent trip to Multi Chevrolet in Union, my wife and I decided to take a swing over to Salerno Duane Ford. Surprisingly, this trip was totally worth it. Our salesman, Bob Cerza, was very low-key, friendly and efficient in his service. He allowed my wife and I to check out the available cars on our own, discuss and take a test drive all while he was crunching numbers and getting various paperwork done on the back end. This saved a huge amount of time and made the process much more efficient than other dealership experiences I've had in the past. He also immediately identified a phenomenal deal on various models based on the criteria we gave him. All the while maintaining a very relaxed, non-pressure type of atmosphere. Half the time with car dealerships I feel like I am being pressured into a price because the salesman makes it sound like he is moving mountains to get you the price being offered. Not the case here with Bob and Salerno Duane Ford. The follow-up appointment with car overview, paper signing etc was also a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. More
