We were very happy with the Explorer as it was a good fit for our needs & we had no mechanical issues during the two year lease. The service department was easy to work with for oil changes/maintenance. Additionally, we remembered how professional, courteous & helpful Bob Cerza was not only at the time we decided to lease the 2015 Explorer but even after we had completed all the paperwork & the lease agreement was signed. Bob continually checked in with us after we brought the new vehicle home to answer any questions & to offer assistance if needed. I was truly amazed by his caring attitude. We didn't hesitate to reach out to Bob as our lease neared its completion. He walked us through all our end of lease options & once again made leasing a new vehicle, a 2017 Explorer, an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Bob Cerza & Salerno Duane. More

Service manager is very rude and is the root of the poor customer service . Workers are only as good as the man in charge and this man should not be in charge . Did know who he spoke to for the vehicle write which tells me he has very poor record keeping . Told me he has been dealing with phone calls longer then I was alive ..Im a 40 year old ex dealer employee and know for sure I would have been fired if I ever spoke to a customer like that . long story short would never use or recommend this dealer . The fact that he told me him self ..the service manager that he don"t care about CSI says a lot . More
'17 Ford Escape Yesterday I went to Salerno-Duane to turn in my '13 Ford Edge. Overall, it was a good experience however this dealership seems to be shortstaffed. John Cola from the Chrysler dealership up the street came to assist. He was very assertive as far as helping me along with Garland the finance person, he took me for a test drive and was really trying to get me a good deal to get me to buy a car there. My only problem is he had no time after I was there for roughly 3 hours to go through any of the options or explain free trial Sirius or anything for that matter in the car. I went back this morning to return my key and get the rest of my belongings out of my Edge and asked Garland if there was someone who could show me The options in my car. He went to recommend Bob Cerza and in came 2 more potential buyers and all of a sudden nobody had time for me yet again to show me the car. Bob Cerza suggested I come back later in the day. Not for nothing but I don't live in the same town as the dealership, it's the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, and I already spent three hours yesterday in the dealership. I feel somewhat cheated because they got the sale they wanted and now nobody has time for me. How often do people walk out of the dealership and have no clue where anything is in the car, any of the options it has to offer.? So I guess I'll either play around or read the manual! Very, very disappointed. More
Love Bob Cerza and my new Ford Escape My 2014 Escape lease was up and I knew that I would go right back to Bob Cerza for my new car. He was just as helpful as ever. He does not pressure you into any decision and is very patient. He took the time to find me the right car with all the right amenities. A couple of hours later, I left with a 2017 Escape Titanium in the Platinum White. It is beautiful and if it's possible to love a car more than my previous one, I do. Thanks again Bob for a wonderful experience. As long as Bob is with Salerno Duane, I will be coming back. More

Smooth Sailing I came in to this Dealership to terminate a current lease and begin a new one. I received a letter stating that i could hand over my old car and drive I came in to this Dealership to terminate a current lease and begin a new one. I received a letter stating that i could hand over my old car and drive away with a new car at or around the same monthly payment, with no money down, no penalties or fees and that is exactly what was accomplished. We worked with Bob Cerza... we showed him the letter, we told him what we were looking for and the price range we were in... he showed us a car extremely close to what we wanted and gave us a fair price, he explained all the features of the car and took care of all the paper work with ease. It was a lovely experience and i would recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to lease or purchase a car... the overall experience was completely stress free. Thank You Bob! More
